1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Creva application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Codezy Software ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• • Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• • Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• • Use the App's features to manage your creator business finances

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• • Use the App to transmit harmful code or interfere with its operation
• • Access the App through unauthorized means or automated systems

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by location. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support through your purchase history.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve our services. We will not share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, banking platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, accuracy, or content.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Codezy Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App provides financial tracking tools but does not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEZY SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Codezy Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• • These Terms are between you and Codezy Software, not Apple
• • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• • Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
• • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
